Regular Admission Test

It's a process form of admission to university that consists in a group of requirements and documents that applicants should obey and whose will take the regular entry exam to access to one of the careers offered by this university.

Exemption from Regular Admission

Those who request exemption from the regular exam process for any of the forms listed below must submit the documents required by each of the forms and fulfill their respective requirements and also present all the documents required. The application for accreditation of subjects for the procedures required won’t proceed if it is found non-fulfilments with any requirements.

Exemption for winning 1st and 2nd place

The applicant must have the 1st and 2nd place ranking in the Honour Roll of Secondary Education in the Educational Centre of origin.

-

The applicants must have completed their secondary education in the last two years at most before the admission process.

-

Certification of the Order of Honour Roll issued by the School Director.

Exemption for Graduates

-

Those mentioned in the documentation, except point K.

-

Notarial photocopy of university degree or professional title, as applicable.

-

Original certificates of complete university studies.

-

Syllabus of the subjects they wish to validate, endorsed by the University of Origin.

Exemption for have an office of the Armed Forces or National Police of Peru

-

Those mentioned in the documentation, except point K. .

-

Legally notarized photocopy of the office issued by the respective Training School.

-

Original educational certificates for School.

-

Syllabus of the subjects recognized and endorsed by their respective school.

-

Certification of being on active duty or retired, issued by the Personnel Division of the respective institution.

Exemption for husbands and wives and children of Foreign Diplomats and international staff members

-

Accreditation that they are the husband or wife or child of a foreign diplomat or international staff members.

-

The applicant must have entered Peru in the course of the calendar year which makes the process of admission.

-

That entry is because the husband or wife or parents has entered Peru for the diplomatic mission or international staff member in the course of that calendar year.

-

Attach the mentioned documents, except subsection K.

-

Official accreditation status of foreign diplomatic or international staff member's husband and wife or parents of the applicant.

-

They must present the marriage certificate, if the applicant is husband or wife of the diplomat or international staff member.

-

Entry accreditation of the applicant to Peru within the timeframe estimated.

-

Official entry accreditation to Peru of husband and wife or parents for reasons of a diplomatic mission or for their works as an international staff member, within the timeframe estimated.

-

Constancia o certificado de orden de mérito expedido por el Director del Centro Educativo correspondiente.

-

Clear photocopy on both sides of the identity document (passport or alien identity card). Also in the moment of registration, they must show the original identity.

Exemption for National and International Agreements

-

The requirements and documents to be submitted to qualify for this type of exemption shall be specified in the respective agreements besides those set out above.

Direct Entry Pre-University Centre

-

Students must have taken any of the preceding terms to admissions in Pre-University Centre.

-

CEPRE certification that student has fulfilled the conditions specified in its rules, to qualify for direct entry.

Exemption to be a qualified and accredited sportsman

-

Certificate issued by the President of the Peruvian Institute of Sport or similar, specifying that in the past two years representing Peru in international events.

-

Certification that they had not been sanctioned for misconduct or unsportsmanlike attitudes by the courts or Justice Commission of the Federation or National Commission.

-

Notarial commitment to participate representing the university in their specialty in all sports competitions involving it.

Exemption of Graduates of Higher Educational Institutions and Armed Forces Technical Schools

-

Certified photocopy of Degrees or a Graduate Certificate issued by the origin institution.

-

Original Certificate of Studies of the Origin Higher Education Institution.

-

Syllabus of subjects for the period that they took the course and the corresponding validation, endorsed by the authority of the respective higher education institution, the accreditation of courses will only be made up to a total equivalent to two (2) academic terms, unless there is agreement between the university and the origin higher education centre.

Registration

In addition to the mentioned requirements and documentation, anyone who requests entry for some of the modalities listed below, must submit the documents required by each of the procedures and meet their respective requirements.

Internal Transfers

-

The students have approved at least 20 credits or an academic term.

-

To submit an internal transfer application enclosing a folder with the documents and requirements specified, except sections i) and k).

-

University report cards stating that they have passed 20 credits or an academic term issued by the Office of Academic Services and the Central Registry.

-

Certification issued by the Professional Career of origin to certify that the applicant is a student in regular academic situation and has not been separated by disciplinary or academic reasons (record date).

-

Certification issued by the Department of Accounts, stating that the applicant does not owe to the University for Tuition and fees.

-

The student has attended at least two years in the academic semester after the transfer.

-

Syllabus duly certified by the Professional Career with ratified subjects, should correspond to the period that they took subjects.

-

To submit an assessment interview.

National External Transfers

-

They should have completed at least two full six-month periods or annual period or 36 credits.

-

For the transfer, it’s necessary that the last year or semester has been completed more than two (2) years preceding the transfer.

-

To submit a certificate issued by the institution of origin where it is established that the applicant is a student in normal academic situation and has not been separated by disciplinary or academic reasons (this certificate must not be older than seven (7) months).

-

To attach the official certificates of studies indicating their grades issued by the Education Centre of origin.

-

Syllabus for the period that they took the course, duly endorsed by the University or Education Centre of origin with disciplines approved and will be subject to validation.

-

To submit an assessment interview.

-

To present the study plan of the Professional Career or Faculty when they study duly endorsed by the origin university.

-

The admitted students to the University, from Higher Education Centers, which have graduated, are obligated to submit their professional qualifications issued by the origin institution, within the deadlines set by the respective careers.

International External Transfers

-

That university certificates should be presented when applying for a visa in the respective consulate or in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru.

-

Entrance proof of the applicant to Peru through a clear photocopy on both sides of the identity document (passport for foreigners and/or passport), also at the time of registration shall show the original identity document.
